Should i invite my friend over or not?

i feel quite ill- not contagious- i was going to invite my friend over tonight as they are in the area and i havent seen them since november. but i feel ill. :/ they are also a bit pissy i havent seen them since november. should i invite them over or not?

Reply:Don't invite them. That happened to me once and I invited them and it was fine for a bit. But after half an hour, I felt terrible!


I seriously regretted inviting them and it made me worse.. you lose your energy so fast when you're ill, having people round means talking, being friendly and making an effort, too much of this makes you feel weak, tired, achy, generally ILL, grumpy and under the weather.


Sorry if you feel that I am going on at you but I've done it before and will never do it again.


Postpone the date or have a quick chat on the phone.

if you decide to invite them let them know you are not well so hopefully they will take the hint and leave early

Reply:maybe u cud just call them to talk for a bit... i dont think invitin sum1 round 2 ur hous is such a great idea if ur ill.
