You should look into whether or not they need a visa and can get a passport. It is not as easy as it is for you to visit them.

Contact them by phone or email or letter and ask them to come visit. Inform them too about the lodging arrangements and the stuff both of you can do while your friend is here.
Reply:Tell them that you would like to enjoy their company, and that you will pay for their airline ticket!
