I did a wedding website that would be helpful to guests, can i print it on my reception card in the invite?

90% of the people we are inviting are from out of town and are not familiar with the area. I do not have e-mail addresses for all the guests or I would just send them the link. Any input (negative %26amp; positive) would be great!!

I think that is a great idea! Or if you are including a map or hotel info, you could include it on that instead of on the actual reception card.

I went to a wedding this weekend that was out of town and the bride was thoughtful enough to leave gifts at the front desk of the hotel for the out of town guests. Theirs had a bottle of wine, some popcorn, chocolates, and a packet of information about the city, including directions to and from the church, which really came in handy. The gifts were nice, but if it isn't in your budget, I would skip the gifts and just print out all of the info from the website you created, in case they forget the directions or need important numbers. Good luck!
Reply:I would say, absolutely yes. It seems like a great idea. You can even set it up on your website that people can RSVP online. You can post information on gift registries, maps and directions, etc. I think guests would love it.
Reply:Yes, you can put the website on the invitation. Since the majority of the guests are coming from out of town, it will be very usefull for you to provide maps, activities, etc.

Don't worry about the registry. You are correct in not putting the registry information on the invitation, but don't worry about it being on the website. If it really bothers you, is there a way to take the registry info off of the website?

Good Luck!
Reply:I think that would be great. I'd do it.
