How do you invite or add some one to your Yahoo instant messenger and talk to them if they have msn messenger.

To invite someone, you can simply type to that person. The web address is :http:// messenger.yahoo.com.





To add someone that has msn messenger, technically, there are two types of msn messengers, which are windows live messenger and the original, which is Msn messenger ( the original doesn't have that the features of windows live messenger); i'm sure you know the difference. If you're referring to windows live messenger, all you need to do click on "contacts" or you can click on the "+" which also lets you add a contact. Once your on that option, type in the person's hotmail address and on the right side there's another option that says "network." The network is composed of yahoo instant messenger, windows live messenger, LCS, and lotus sametime. Select windows live messenger and then click "next" and i'm sure you can follow the directions from there. Hope that helped!

go to contacts then contact details or right click on the contact name and then put thier msn id where it says windows live ID.


when they log in, you will see them and can chat with your yahoo chat.
