Your friends need to get a life and quit being that way, putting you in the middle like that isn't cool.





Invite them with the strict warning that if they can't get along, they'll have to leave. If they can't get along, ask them to leave.

Reply:Hate is such a strong word, and if your friends are so immature they cannot get a grip on their mutual hostilities, then don't invite any of them. As the time gets closer to your birthday, invite people you have known and have some idea about their behavior. I'll bet there are a lot of acquaintances you have that will be happy to help you celebrate your birthday anniversary, and they'll have a good time getting to know each other. A pinata is a good way to loosen folks up, so is "pin the tail on the donkey", its fun, and charades is good too, people function as a team, and interact on a cooperative level. So, that's my answer, maybe invite your closest compadres, but give yourself an opportunity to meet new people on a different leve.
Reply:It's your birthday - your friends should respect YOU and get along for a night for YOUR benefit. If they have problems with doing that, then they seriously need to grow up.
